WRONGLY PRICED

On 03.12.2013, i went to the shop @ 7am, purchased my stuffs that i needed, went to the till point to cash, i was over charged when i told the cashier the price is not correct cos on the shelf theres a cheaper price, i even went and brought the price code for her, the cashier press her buzzer & we waited, after 10min Thobile comes strowling when she sees theres a probs she goes back to the enterance making stories, after 5 mins, Mpu comes but goes to the other till and act busy and start talking but never came to attend my probs, i waited for almost 20 minutes but no one attended to me, i was so cross that i paid for my items @ a higher price and left, when i reached the office i called pnp and wanted speak to the manager waited on the call for another 5 to 10min and one manager takes my msg and tells me she wil get the store manger to call me to date no one has called me. i logged a call at the call centre and no one got hold of me as yet. THE PNP WORKSHOP DO NOT COMPLY WITH THERE price right POLICY OF DIFFERENCE COS ITS NOT MY FIRST INCIDENT @ da store i"m always getting late in the morning cos of supervisors n managers that are not avaible when u need them.
