The price on the label was R174.95 marked down to R119.95 (marked with a red sticker)
when I went to pay the lady at the till informed me that the price was wrongly marked on the item, it was suppose to have been 229.95 marked down to 174.95, I told the lady that the price I see is the price I would like to pay, I then told her I want to speak to the store manager, it took her about 15 minutes to get her, when she came she told me that the item was wrongly priced and I had to pay R 174.95 I refused and told her the price I see on the Item is what Im going to pay, she totally refused, I told her I will be taking this up further with the consumer complaints, and all she said was " you go ahead and do it", I told her I will and I left the goods that I wanted to purchase and told her I would not be putting my foot in that store again and walked out.
surely as a consumer if the price is clearly marked on the goods, thats the price I should be paying? its not my fault there staff did not do there job correctly
