New store which entices the customer from outside; but once you walk in, there is absolutely NO ENERGY, Sunday at 13:00 pm - only 2 tills open to help the customers. 5 Staff members to assist with one customer, and it seems as if all staff are on holiday. Only a pathetic "sorry" from the branch manager, once the case has been addressed to her. Why do we as customers need to "beg" for service - are we not guests in your store anymore, who spend hard earned money there ...!!!???
