Poor service, and manager does nothing to fix it

We went shopping at Woolworths on Monday. I stood at the bakery counter wanting to purchase items. No one came to assist me, even though I counted 5 staff members behind the counter performing various activities like unpacking boxes. I made direct eye contact with 2 staff members and asked for assistance. I even asked the lady if she could stop unpacking boxes and assist me but to no avail. The staff just ignored me. I asked to see the store manager, and spoke to a Mr Fick, who did nothing to explain why there were no staff members to help, he offered no apology and didn not try torectify the situation.
I had also asked a staff member on the floor if they had more stock of an item at the back, and he never came back to me, he simply disappeared.

I was disgusted at the service I received as I do not expect this from a store like Woolworths.
