I am very disappointed and quite honestly, absolutely disgusted with the condition of our household contents and the state of some of the boxes received from ARAN International.
1. We have proof that our boxes have been opened and rummaged through in ARAN internationals care as one of the stickers that ARAN put on our boxes was sliced through and then resealed. This is unacceptable
2. Some of our boxes have been ripped open and resealed on the sides - UNACCEPTABLE!!!
3. Our wall unit has filthy hand marks and smudges all over and the unit has been dropped and scratched and the finishes have been chipped.
4. Quite a few of our electronic items are missing including a TV!!!
5. My husbands tool box was emptied and resealed. We were given an empty toolbox. This is really disgusting.
