On Sunday 08 September 2013, I approached a lady in the accounts department to inquire if I could get an increase on my credit limit. She took my card, asked if I had received an SMS, typed a few numbers and promptly said that I have a poor credit rating and that I will not get an increase. Just before her attempt at helping me, she had a very difficult customer.
I then checked my ITC report - the last time Edgars did an inquiry was on 05/11/2012, when I opened my account. Since I have had this account I have paid more than required and always on time. Does this not count for any thing - after all you now have first hand experience of my credit relationship with you!!
My question is: Why to me? I did not upset you!!
