Edgars not doing as instructed

I've sent and e-mail on 14/11/2012, 12/12/2012 as well as 10/01/2013 to [Email Removed] with read receipts received on the 14/11/2012, 12/12/2012 and 10/01/2013 respectively. I've requested them from that time to remove the membership fee as well as the protection plan from my account. That has never happened and when I informed them that I will not pay these amounts on my account they've sent an arrears payment to the credit bureau which now effected my credit rating because of their unwillingness to do their jobs. I want this report to be cleared from my credit reports at their costs or will take this further.
