A month ago I took my Blacknerry 9380 to Twuworths at the Musgrave centre for a software upgrade as my phone has a 2 year warranty with them.
The lady who assisted me wrote a report about my phone's physical damage (there was none).
when I went to fetch my phone it was damaged not fixed.
I told the lady (Melody) of which upon recognizing that she tried by all means to assist me.
They took my phone back and didin't fix it which means they've held my phone for a month without giving me a phone to use.
one thing I learnt is that no matter how faithful you can be at Truworths and MTN as the customer they wont value you they only want your money.
which is why I took the matter to my lawyer who will be contacting them shortly and claim all the financial losses I incurred while waiting for my phone as I also use the phone for business purposes and I told Melody that.
I'm tired of enterpriises who don't know how to treat abd value a client.
Truworths Musgrave is pathetic and full of nonsens Mxim.
