I have been a loyal truworths accountholder 4 over 13 years n on the 2nd of Sept. 2013 i bought a samsung s3 mini - value of R3500, and took out an insurance where i was only given the form but not the terms and conditions and as a customer i thought all those will be emailed or send to me via post, unfortunately on the 07th of Sept.2013 i was smashed, strangled, and the my phone in Boom Str Pretoria after a taxi decided to stop in the middle of the road and was driving on the far left, then went to report the matter at truworths where the lady that assisted me told me she faxed thru my copy only to find she didnt when i called the insurance on the 09th of Sept. 2013 i didnt exist on the system, had to go up n down n now the insurance says i should deposit R2085 so meaning i am insured but has to give them over 80% percent of the claim value n still have to pay truworths their money as i bought the phone on account, i have been phoning going in n out of police stations, calling head office, finrite, truworths wonderpark.with no help but stress, so my question is whats the point of their reap off insurance? but they say i qualify for R5000 claim so why not buy the phone R3449
