Truworths refuse to repair damage phone

I bought a Blackberry phone at Truworhts, Gadenroute mall in George. After just more than a month the phones display just went dead. I took it in because it is under warranty still. They phoned me back after two days and told me MTN refuse to repair the phone because there is an rubber lose so i must have let the phone fall. My wife was with me in the living room when the display went dead. The phone did not fall. That rubber was lose since i bought the phone. it did not matter to me because you can hardly see it. i demand a new phone. i refuse to pay my account. I bought the phone at Truworths and not MTN. i pay Truworhts and not MTN. I want my phone back in a working condition or they must credit my account. Im not gonne pay it
