BLAMING THE CLIENT

Everyday MTN just disappoints me even more.
they are still blaming me eventhough the Truworths lady told them that the phone was in a good condition.
i know MTN is a big group but i can take them on if my phone does not get fixed by Friday as waranteed i will take legal steps cause i'm using it for business purposes.
i want my phone fixed by Friday or give me bank the money i bought the phone with i wont accept anything less i will teach them a lesson.

Unless they come with a solution of fixing my phone they must not call me i'm not interested in what they have to say.

even their staff are rude the other call centre guy (Phaphang) dropped a phone while i was talking.
I'm tired of waiting now.
