An apology worse than the complaint

I reported the early store closure of Foschini Rosebank just yesterday, and received a response from Foschini indicating that someone will be in touch with me regarding the matter. What a joke Foschini has become... I just received a call from Balisa, the store Admin Controller, who called to apologise, if you could call it that. Apparantly, Foschini closes their doors early, 30 minutes before trading hours stipulate, and if you stand at the closed doors long enough, they will let you in! this is what she had the audacity to tell me! Pathetic apology if you ask me. Furthermore, when i indicated to her that i was upset that the store was closed and the lights were off, she started to argue with me! What kind of damage control is this? This call just made me more frustrated at Foschini! And what has become of speaking to the Store Manager... do i just get the admin lady? Thats the courtesy of Foschini these days. How very upsetting that a brand as old, and popular don't mind losing their best customers. Makes me think twice before wanting to shop there again!
