I purchased a Kids microscope which had insufficient details on the packaging as to the fact that it doesnt work, there are models which are battery operated and those which arent the non battery operated one does not function, when the store manager raised this a response was given that the customer will know what model he has bought only after buying it? when he reads the pamphlet inside the box. I am disapointed that Mr Price is defending deficient packaging and is happy to dupe its customers into believing they have bought something when infact they have bought a non functioning ornament. I expected this matter to be resolved more amicably than what is the case. The store manager at Montana branch of Mr Price Home should be commended for seeking justice for me as a consumer but his head office representitive is not empowering him to adequately and honestly serve his customers.
