After my last complaint, the only response I got was being passed from one person to the next, each one telling me to contact someone else, until they ran out of people to refer me to. I still do not know what Foschini Group intends to do about my complaint and how they are planning on rectifying the lack of service that I have received on my account. COULD SOMEONE FROM FOSCHINI WHO HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE A DECISION PLEASE CONTACT ME???
