Lack of customer service

I bought an iPad cover at Balfourpark only to find that my iPad does not fit on the cover, the packaging say iPad cover but the cover is a Samsung tablet cover. i then took it to the Northgate branch on Saturday 14/09/2013 the guy (Sizwe or Zweli) told me that i have to take it back to Balfour. i then explained to him that i don't stay in Balfour and i cant drive all the way there whereas there is a Vibes Branch in my area. he had a bad attitude and he said he wont help me. i then asked him to call the manager/owner he refused and when i told him that i was not leaving the shop until he does he reluctantly made the call. he told me that he couldn't get hold of his managers he then called the Westgate branch and he said to me they told him that i can exchange the cover but i cant get a refund. I failed to understand why and explained to him and the lady at Balfour Branch (on the phone) that if i buy an item at Edgars i can change or get a refund at any Edgars across the country and they both told me that Vibes is not Edgars. Both Sizwe and the lady at Balfour were very rude, the lady at Balfour even said to me that if i'm not happy i should not buy from their store anymore.
