Bad attitude and NO exchange policy

I bought a ipad cover R250 from the Forever New Tygervalley branch. About a week later my service provider informed me that they only have the mini ipad in stock and will not be getting the 10 inch for a while.
I went back to Forever New to exchange for mini cover but was informed that they don't stock those at all, I then asked if I can exchange for a pair of sandels R799.00 and pay the balance. (Note that the ipad cover was unused and I had the slip with me)
They refused and I was treated very badly. I still cannot believe that Tygervalley would allow a shop to operate like that and treat customers in that way. I always thought Tygervalley was an above average Mall.
The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth as I am also a restaurant, coffee shop, decor shop and interior business owner, in all my companies we have a policy to be fair and friendly and not rude, unfair and down right against the consumer act.
I will find it very difficult to shop at Tygervalley again and Forever New will never see me again!
