Treated very badly at Balfour Park with no respons

I was shopping with my mother yesterday, 9 August. At the counter the sales ladies were too busy talking to each other in their language that they did not take the tag off a pair of trousers that I bought so obviously the buzzer went off when I wanted to leave. This infuriated me as this has happened before at the same branch. I gave the trousers to the security guard (a woman) and started to look in my packed for the slip - she promptly put her hand in my packet - that is way out of line. I know for a fact that a security guard is not allowed to do this. I really gave it to her and her comment before she said sorry was that she wanted to help look for the slip.
I am so beyond angry about the disgusting service at the Balfour Park branch. I wrote to the customer services.
A week later I received an email back asking me for my contact number which I had supplied and another week later I have still not received a call.
Is this how they treat all their customers or are they being.
