I have had a Vodacom account for nearly 10 years now.
My blackberry was about 3 years ago. i have cancelled my blackberry service with Vodacom via balfour park branch using the correct paper work and going through the correct procedure.
my account is still being charged with the Blackberry service nearly a year later.

Vodacom customer care cannot help and have instructed me to get hold of the Balfour park shop itself.
their number is invalid and it seems impossible to get hold of them, i was then given a number they are using while the lines get sorted out. This number goes through to a man who i can hardly hear, and tells me that this is the incorrect number.

It seems like dealing with a service that deals with millions of customers is an absolute nightmare and no one can seem to do their jobs.
