My family and I went into Milky Lane N1 City late Saturday afternoon. We walked in and there were about 4 customers placing their orders at the Counter. There were 4 staff members behind the counter. We wanted to sit down so we took the only table that could accomodate 5 people. 1.The tables were dirty. We took out some wet wipes and wiped the tables ourselves. While I was standing in the queue to place my order, another family walked in and wanted to sit at the table behind us. The mom asked the waitress wipe the table - you had to see the staff members face, I swear she had lemons in her mouth.
2. The menu's were sticky. 3. Not one of the 4 staff members acknowledged that we entered their restaurant and wanted to order something. They all looked as if they were eating lemons - not approachable at all. 4. I took everyone's order and went up to the counter to place my order.By then 10-15 minutes passed. Only when I got up to go place my order at the counter, someone came up to me and asked me if we wanted to order something. She came to the table and took our order. I don't even want to think of the hygiene behind the counter!!! Not a pleasant experience!
