Attitude bad and unwillingness to assist

Shoprite in Wierda Park Centurion - please take your supervisors/staff for customer service training. It is the second time where I experienced bad attitude from them - not willing to assist and moody. The first time I experienced such attitude was when one staff member was asked to pack my groceries, she came, looked at me and said "no" and walked away. My little boy asked "mommy, is she allowed to do that? ". Today I had a "bread show". After paying I was cutting bread with their machine, the bread got stuck. The lady I called said "u were not supposed to cut but ask for assistance". "Where is the note which states that? " I asked. She just walked away. The so called supervisors were just looking with despiteful looks. When I got to them they accused me that I cut hot bread, the bread was neither hot nor warm. When I asked one why such attitude she said she's singing and later said in a non-english language that when people make her angry she sings. I responded and was asked do you speak/understand the language? Later the manager authorised exchange/refund. The attitude of your workers is bad. Please train them that even when they sing, customers should still be assisted.
