This is to the full attention of Makro management :
I have had nothing but the worst service that I have EVER experience in my life from your Makro accounts department (RCS)!!!
I have had my account for about 4-5 months now and I have not had ONE peaceful month since I opened it!!
I have had your staff phoning me each month telling me that my account is overdue and has to be paid only to send them my proof of payment EACH month.
I am not even disappointed by your service anymore, I am DISGUISTED by it!!!
PLEASE FOR HEAVENS SAKE SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT!!!
If I do have another person phoning me with an attitude or sms that I receive from your accounts department I will make more of an uproar regarding this matter even though I do not want to but you have forced me because I am simply ignored and then harassed by your staff each month!!!
