I bought a bedroom suite in December 2012 in Johannesburg and it was delivered in Mpumalanga as per my request.
I noticed that the decoration on the mirror was broken when I got home, as I bought it for my grandmother (she's an elder and could not notice) the side boards were making noise when opening them, as if they will break. I notified the consultant that the goods were not in a good condition (they looked like a second hand goods to me). he called the warehouse and notified them. and advised that because it was over 7 days the will have to fix them instead of exchanging. warehouse called me confirming if I received the goods, I confirmed and told them that i am not happy as some of the stuff were broken/not in a good condition. The Joshua door consultant has been phoning and getting no assistance. i am so not happy with this store. I only needed them to fix it or I demand a discount on the goods. they get their payment on time and i was expecting an excellent service from the store.
