So the sotry goes like this. I have an account with with Makro and have been paying this account every single month and paying more than i am suppose to pay! (I have all the proof of payments to proof this).
So today I am meeting with my bank doing various applications and then they said they cannot assist with one of my applications as MAKRO BLACKLISTED ME FOR NON PAYMENT!!!???
So I showed my bank manager all my proof of payment and have called the Makro customer call centre and asked them to sort this out. Now they wanna tell me 21 WORKING DAYS FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY F UP WITH TO GET IT RESOLVED??? I want this resolved IMMEDIATELY and am also CONSULTING A LAWYER as i wanna know how they can blacklist you first of all without informing me (if they have actually done this, they would have seen that i have paid every single month) and am thinking of taking action against Makro for this!! Why must my name be dragged through the mud for their stuff up!
I think I will pay this account off and rather close it!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
