I have submitted claims to [Email Removed] on my Credit Life insurance (one is force to pay and have on accounts) for my Makro on the 20th of August AND the 19th of September because I was retrenched end of July, ever since then I have received no feedback or any response and Makro is still deducting my accounts - the debit orders are going to bounce from this month on. What else must one do to get some service?
