In July i went to queen's park centurion mall to pay my account before the end of the month but i didnt have my card with instead i had my ID with. The lady who was helping me called the head office to request my account number and the amount i should pay in order to settle off my account.the amount i was told was R191 and thats axactly what i paid. And just yesterday i get an email from my HR manager telling me that there's a lady Janica 0861727729 who called her regarding my personal matters that do not involcve my employers and i should call a lady recarding. I called just today to find out that i owe R68 that i do not understand where it comes from because i did not even subscribe for their books .pLEASE HELP ME I AM VERY UPSET
