Very very poor service

About 2 weeks ago I called Absa to query a transaction on my bankstatement, the lady helping me told me I qualify for a silver bundle cheq card and when through the application with me, another man called and finalised the application. Then about 2 days after that a lady called andsaid my cheq card was right for pick up, she gave me the account no:40821854494 and ref:00001117221381828272, When I got to the Mall@Reds branch in Centurion yesterday, there were no card for my and Eva told me I do not qualify for a chq card because currently I have a debit card, and she also could not tell me what to do to get a chq card, I feel this is very poor service. How can they tell me I qualify, I go through all the steps and application and when I get to the bank there is nothing? And everybody needs to start at the bottom with a debit card so how did all the other people get chq cards?? I think I am going to close my account and go to another bank because Nedbank by wich i dont even have an account with called me offering me also a cheq card but unfortunately I declined it because I thought absa would help me, I feel that absa dont appreciate me as a client at all.
