Payment not reflecting on account

Good day

In may my due amount to pay was R250 on my account, i then made payment on my account by swiping my debit card @ Greenstone mall. On the 03 July 2013 the lady behind the counter couldnt give me any slip as i was told they were offline (her pc) but she took down my account number on a piece of paper and kept the bank slip.

In July i found my amount due is now close to R500.00 which i allready paid, but yesterday looking @ my bankstatements i can see my R300.00 deducted from my account. No joy was received on speaking to a lady from the accounts department but i could hear them laughing in the background!???
