Debited after settlement, struggling to get money!

Me and my fiance? Shaun bought some items 2 years ago on hifinance. The end of September we went to the store to settle the account, the guy told us because of the debit order we must pay in the difference and after the debit order our account will be settled. On the 1st of November there was R342 debited from my account, after the account was settled!! My Fiance went into the store, apparently the guy didn't close our account, he explained to Shaun they will let us know on the 4th, when the money will show on their accounts, and Kgakgelo, the Manager will make sure of it. We heard nothing, so we went on Friday, the 8th to the store again, the lady in the finance department said Kgakgelo wasn't there the whole week and he is the only one who can help, she will call us Saturday on the 9th to let us know, as he will be back, Shaun had two missed calls, he called back, but no answer, as we did not know who it was. Today, the 10th we went there AGAIN, Kgakgelo and the lady said they phoned us yesterday as they had the money to give us, but not today, as I was telling them my frustration the lady laughed the whole time at me. THEY ARE USELESS I WANT MY MONEY AND I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN
