Failed to up date new banking debit orde

REF NUMBER 65796412 i called the contact centre on the 22 november to change my banking details as my old business account will be closed, so the consultant, needed a letter of signatories on the new fnb business account, which i got from the bank, then she needed copies of the ids, and letter on the company letter head stating to give nedbank home loans permission to debit new account, which i gave, i faxed all documents, i waited few days no response, i called then another lady saying the back office didnt get the letter of permission, i sent it again, i have all proof of faxes and calls, then i waited, i called again, the lady says back office wants the proof of fax, which i faxed again, nothing was happing, the back office only exues, i called on the 30th November, lady tells me back office needs ck documents, i told the lady that is a sole proprietor business theres no registration documents, now the days were going and i had open fnb savings accounton my personal name so i could change the debit order, so that my account wont be in arrears, nedbank failed to change my debit order into my new business account, suppose to go off my new business account not personal, i am very unhappy
