[URL Removed] are the PITS! I was given an E.Reader as a gift 30/08 (cost R699.00). 1 wk later it was returned as it had several faults. I was incontact with them via email and up till this point the service was great and they kept me in the loop all the way! This is where it all started to go belly up. They tell me they are going to refund the account holder and I responded that I did not want a refund but to be issued a new one! The reply was Sorry we cant do that! Our system does not allow it! You can order a new one!! AT R100.00 more!.. Yes! After purchasing goods at a set price! The goods are faulty now I must buy a new one at an increased amount 2 weeks later! Note that I only had the Ereader for less than a week before Kalahari had it collected! Is this a sales strategy! "Sell" all the faulty ones on Special and the when it returned make the consumer pay R100 more! Thank you but no thanks! I will never use this company again! And quite frankly will advise other to do the same! That was one birthday present I won't forget in a hurry as it has left a sour taste in my mouth!
