We ordered 2 pairs of shoes via online on the 01/09/2013, expected delivery within 5 days - its now 2 weeks later and we still haven't received our order, we've been promised delivery over and over. this is such a bad customer service for the second time in less than 6 months now. our latest order no. 200617459. Ive been speaking to Shamika for the past 2days.
