I bought a new jean and I never looked or checked it until the day I wanted to wear it and that was the day I realised the zip on the jean was faulty it was inside out which makes it difficult to wear, and when i went back to Mr Price Pongola to show them that the zip was faulty they told me that its not their faulty the zip is faulty and i told them that but their quality assurer should have made sure that the jean was thoroughly checked and everything was ok. So they refused to change the jean for me because their 30 days to return the goods has already lapsed so now I am stuck with a jean I am not gonna be able to wear and my money is gone. Because it was not my fault that the zip is faulty if it was not for the zip I would be able to keep the jean for me.
