My husband bought clothes on the 18/10 on his account. On the 20/10 I did an exchange on that purchase using my dualcard. On the 3/11 i went back to do another exchange on the jean that I took on the 20/10. I took the original slip with as I did not get another slip. The teller said that she cant do the exchange because the system doesnt shOw that I took another jean, just shows a credit note. ( so if I did not buy the jean, how did I get it?) After another 15mn and alot of explaining she called the supervisor. Ihad to explain the whole situation again. After another 10 min and alot of frustration i just gave up, took the jean (without any protest) and left. It is the first time in my life that I was treated like a thieve and a. I am sitting now with a jean I dont want because the tellar that did the first exchange did not give me the right documentation and the assistants today was not helpful at all! (They should have a copy of that exchange document)
