Defect material blaming it as the design of cloth

I bought a outback red bootleg denim jean from Truworths in Riverside mall Nelspruit. I wore it only twice when I noticed defect in the material, I took it to the Hazyview branch they informed me that it is the design of the fabric which is nonsense it is frayed cloth. I lost my slip but if need be I can prove payment via my credit card. They refused to replace the Jeans.
