Efund on over paid account

My bank accidentally my edgars account. I've been sending document through the customer service and all they do is keep telling me they didn't receive them. I've spoken to several consultants who all give me a different story regarding the refund. Spoke to: Lucky Nxumalo, Tholakele Sibiya, Hlengiwe cele, Luzuko Magawula. I faxed the documents to Maria on 086 579 3110 and went and emailed to [Email Removed] all they keep saying is they'll call me back! 96 hours have lapsed with no communication from them accept me exhausting my telephone bill. Please help!
