I fully paid my account at edgars store in 2011.and closed the account, it was under lawyers, but it is till show a credit balance on my name in which I was suppose to be refunded 2years ago .now they said four weeks back I was going to get the money. I send all necessary document but still no refund .they send the documents to sherley she said she never received the document, they send them again, but still nothing.i went through this last year and they end up lying saying that money is for lawyer's fee .i can even open any clothing account because it still show I owe them ..my name is still on itc even thou its been 2 years and they were suppose to remove it
