Incompetency at its worse

I did an EFT payment to my Edgars account on the 22 July 2013, I didn't put my account number'as a reference and therefore my payment was not received, So i went to the store to find out how to get it paid into my account. Firstly the consultants @ Edgars didn't know how i'm suppose to go about it, they gave me different info. I was told to fax the proof of payment, which i did, and it was never received. I went again to the store and was given a different fax number. I faxed the POP and it wasn't received AGAIN. I than went again and was told to bring the POP to the store and let them fax it from the store, which i did. Nobody got back to me. I went to the store again and was told my POP was received and that they were busy with it.

its now October and nobody has gotten back to me. yet they keep sending me these annoying voice recorded messages reminding that my account is in arrears. I'm not willing to make another payment till they find my payment. or at least train their staff properly to give correct information to customers. Edgars isn't in my back yard, i have to travel to get there. And have taken enough trips to the store!!!
