I ordered a Cast iron Pot set from Homechoice a week or so before xmas, planning to give it to my wife as a Christmas present.
On xmas day, we both agreed we were unhappy with the quality of the items (handles were not fitting properly), so I decided to return the items using Post Office insurance.
A few weeks went by, after which I discarded my Parcel number and receipt because I assumed that they had received the items in good order.

I am now receiving about 3 calls a day asking when I am planning on making payment?
Please Homechoice, I labelled the box with my name and details on the box. It surely cannot be too difficult to match the parcel to my account and update it.
