I ordered my son's school uniform through Sherwood Uniforms/ Love Valerie trading from their Woodstock branch, I was instructed by Valerie Carmichael that a 50% deposit be paid before she is able to manufacture the uniform this was paid on the 19.12.12 the balance of the order was paid 21.12.12 total paid R1263.40 to Valerie. I was suppose to receive the uniform on 7 January as per her communication but it was not ready at the time stipulated after numerous calls to her it was collected the day before school started I receive 2 of the 8 items I paid for infull my son can not wear the items because the sleeves on the T/suit is to short and the chinos is to small and its a girls chino pant after stipulating on my order form its a uniform for a boy and gave all the measurements none of the items received had the school badge on it as well. After numerous calls to Valerie Carmichael requesting a refund as my son can not wear the clothes I was given and I have not received the balance of my order she refused to give me a refund, I then passed this onto the office WC Consumer Proctector - she eventually responded saying she will pay me in 2 parts to date still no PAYMENT received!
