Bad attitude

Dear Sir or Madam,

I was not happy with the service i have received from KFC on Friday evening.
KFC trainees do not wear trainees uniform, which makes it very difficult to know who is the trainer and who is the trainee.
The trainee toke my order, i didn't know that she was a trainee and she was not suppose to take my order.
The trainer tried to take my order and i told her the specific lady toke my order and i didn't know she was a trainee and the the trainer was just not happy with the idea and told the lady "Complete your order" with an attitude to the trainee, then she was not training her anymore she left her by herself to complete the order.
of which i didn't receive my fried chips and sources and i came back to complain that i didn't get the fried chips i have paid for, she then told me that if i didn't let her to take my order there wont be any mistakes made by the trainee and i told her that she is wearing KFC uniform in full meaning she knows what she is doing and You as the trainer you not even wearing the trainer uniform to show the difference. My last word was. If you were a good trainer you would helped her to stand there next to her to let her do mistake.
