Love Valerie was trading as 'Sherwood Uniform' in Dec'12 as per Valerie Carmichael a 50% deposit had to be paid before the manufacturing of all school clothes ordered from her I paid my deposit of 50% 19.12.12 with my order sheet clearly stating that the uniform required is for a boy (with the measurements) the final deposit was made 21.12.13 for the balance and the uniform had to be collected by 07.01.13 this did not happen as it was not ready upon numerous calls to Valerie Carmichael the uniform was was collected the day before school opened and it was not what i ordered as per my order sheet! I only received 2 of the 8 items ordered! the sleeves are too short on the T/suit and I received a girls chino pant with no school badge! I requested a refund as my son can not wear any of the items given to us, after months of of trying to sort this out Valerie made not effort to contact me, she confirmed VIA the office of the Western Cape Consumer Affairs that she will pay me in 2 parts 1 payment in Aug & the next in Sept. she has to date not made any payment! I am now stuck with clothes my son can not wear and R1263 down the drain! this womans behaviour is beyond disgusting!
