I am a very unhappy customer as we speak. On 8 january I ordered 2 school shirts, 1 skirt, 1 short sleeve jersey, sport short, 1 sport tshirt and a blazer. I also made a payment on 8 january 2014. On 13 january I received sms that my order has been dispatched and will be delivered in 48 hours. I had to go and pick up the parcel personally from Aramex on Saturday 18 January and I have paid the delivery fee of R40 but I still had to use my car to pick up the order. The order I picked up was short of 2 school shirts and a blazer.
Can you please explain why I only received less staff than what I have ordered and also ensure that I get these items ASAP. My child wont be able to go school without proper uniform.
If you ran out of stock, why was this never communicated to me.
