I ordered school uniforms for my two children, clearly stated size required and paid 50 % deposit. When notified to collect my order, the size was too small, half the order was incomplete and the quality was extremely poor. I originally ordered four pants, two golf shirts and two sports shortsand only received one pants and to things off, the pants was a girls pants. I cancelled my order and requested my money back, but Valerie Carmichael the owner of Love Valerie/Sherwood Uniforms refuses to return my messages and on the day I went there to collect the money she was not available. At the end of the day, the fit, quality was disatisfactory. The goods that are being delivered are of such poor workmanship it is scary!!! How can such a personbe in business?? I was in my right to request a refund as no where in the communication received did it state that refunds are not refundable. I donot think its fair for this business to take money from me and other parents like me and refuse to deliver as promised and refuse to pay us back our money.
