Quick response to complaint and refund of money
I purchased tickets for a concert for R300 each. Afterwards computicket lowered the ticket prices / added an early bird price for R200. I complained via the computicket website in the evening. Right the next morning I received an email from Valerie, I should go to the store where I will get my refund/difference of R100 per ticket. The checkers store wasnt really able to help me so I called Valerie who did the refund for me via the phone. 2 days later I got my money back. Thanks Valerie for the quick and uncomplicated assistance
