Information you sent on the 22 December was incorrect.
I even called Custormer care dept on 19 December 2012, and the
gentleman said to me my info is going to be updated on the 22nd and
again on the 24th Jan 2013, Exact account still reflecting as R840
installment instead of R125 on Credit Bureaux.
lastly: you took 7 or more days to respond on the e amils and i believe your call centre is ineffective.
