INCORRECT INFO STILL ON ITC

MARI HAMMAN PROMISED ME THAT SHE WOULD UPDATE MY DETAILS ON ITC REFLECTING THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP IN 2012 - SHE PROMISED THIS ON THE 11/09/2013 - HER EXACT WORDS FROM HER EMAIL READS " we can only update your bureau records to reflect that the account was settled in full as from June 2012 as your TFG account balance was only settled during this time" which I accepted as i had paid this prior to 2012 but did not have my documentation as it is still in storage. I check my credit report today and guess what??? IT NOW SHOWS THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP IN 2013 - WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO JUST UPDATE THE CORRECT INFORMATION??? IF I LOG A DISPUTE WITH ITC THEN I NEED TO WAIT 20 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE IT IS RESOLVED WHICH I REFUSE TO DO - THIS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED NOW!
