Incorrect information on credit bureaus

On 29 December 2012 I got a loan from boodle (Bruma Finance) and they deducted the full amount of R2540 the following month from my bank account but on Experian and Transunion the amount is still listed as outstanding and the account is listed as still opened. I have been declined credit by a lot of providers because of this, please please please fix it. Calling your call centre is just a waaste of time and money, I have called several time but have not been assisted. The account number on Experian and transunion is 758027, Please Please assist. If you listed me on other credit bureaus as well, e.g. Compuscan, XDS, etc. Please don't wait for me to complain just update it. Thanks.
