Standard Bank loans still reflects as open even though I paid them long time (2011), and Miway is reflecting R1048 and R144, whereas my premium is R950 and Miway sent XDS an email on 20/12/2012 to rectify this. but still my info is incorrect. I logged a complaint on the 20/12/2012. no feedback and my emails ignored. Exact account instalment reflecting R844 whereas my instalment is R125 it is affecting me in terms of affordability.
Please resolve urgently and update my accounts. This is negatively affecting my credit profile.
