I had an absa loan account which i settled in 2012 the month of may already but i was suprised to hear
from experian that the loan is still reflecting as open and with an amount in arrears!!! im very upset about this as i have sent several emails to absa specifically MABEL VILAKAZI who sent me an email back on 27 march 2013 stating: A credit bureaux Enquiry conducted utilising TransUnion and Experian confirmed that the above mentioned account is reflecting as closed on credit bureaux records. i now have to wait for 20 working days as per experian for them to sort thuis matter while i PAID OFF THE LOAN IN 2012 ALREADY!! Im very upset about this whole matter as it is affecting my credit report!!!
