In the first week of Jan 2013 I bought furniture to the value of almost R25000. Only few items got delivered and my samsung tv and sony hifi to the value of R11000 has not been delivered for 3 weeks now. When I call I don't get any positive feed back. I'm being told the goods are in Pretoria. For sake from Pta to JHB is only 2hours but I'm waiting for a months. The branch never call me and update me. I'm the one calling everyday to beg for the goods I bought. The worse thing is that I got charge R1700 for delivery for less than 15km delivery. And again now the months is ending and they will expect me to pay for this items. And they will also charge full interest for things I don't have.
Honestly this is unfair. Any delivery in SA can take a day or 2 but Morkels takes a months to deliver a TV and a radio and they will tell you about unavailability of stock. And when I bought this stuff I was never told that there was no stock.
If by today (25 jan 2013) I haven't got my stuff. I'm going to the branch to cancel this order. And they will have to come and take the furniture the delivered. I'm unhappy and the branch (Randburg) is expecting me to understand.
